Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Herman is the founder of Bakhilo and a student at Copenhagen Business School, where he focuses on innovation, strategy, and business development. Alongside his studies, he has worked on international projects within industrial safety and digital platforms, giving him hands-on experience in turning research into growth strategies and actionable plans.
Herman started Bakhilo to challenge the way consulting is usually done, making sure strategy is followed by execution and results.

Matilde Lopes Soares - 🇬🇧🇵🇹🇪🇸
Chief Commercial Officer
Matilde completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations in Portugal, followed by a master’s in Management and Communication of Creative Industries. Her academic background has given her a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and international collaboration.
She brings experience in building relationships across borders and supporting global initiatives and partnerships. At Bakhilo, Matilde helps clients connect with the right partners, customers, and opportunities, ensuring projects are backed by strong networks and lasting cooperation.
